Meet the Personal Injury Claims Team

Tim Rees, the owner of T. Rees & Co, has specialized in personal injury law since the mid 1990s.  He has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers since 2000 and has been a Member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 2002. Tim has been accredited as a senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Tim has dealt with a huge number of successful personal injury claims since the 1990s, including claims arising out of accidents at work, accidents at construction sites, tripping and slipping accidents, road traffic accidents, including numerous cases involving pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists, claims relating to defective products, clinical and dental negligence claims, severe injury and fatal accident claims. Tim has recovered compensation for claimants who have suffered spinal injuries, orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, dental injuries, psychological injuries, burn and scar injuries, eye injuries, industrial disease and soft tissue injuries arising out of a huge range of accidents including clinical and dental negligence claims. He also has extensive experience of child accident claims, including court applications to approve settlements on behalf of children.

Maria, Tim’s PA, has worked in law for over thirty years in a variety of legal roles but has specialized in personal injury law since 2013.  Maria has extensive experience of dealing with personal injury claims through the internet portal system and assists Tim in the handling of our personal injury caseload.  Maria also assists in the preparation of court documentation.
